The Merrow MG-2DNR-1 serger is a USA Made industrial overlock sewing machine engineered for high-precision fabric serging.Underneath its classic industrial housing, the MG-2DNR-1 uses Merrow’s cam-drive system rather than piston or rocking drives. This cam architecture allows extremely tight tolerances and consistent motion even at high speeds and also capable of a Pearl Edge setup.The machine is capable of speeds up to 5,500 RPM, making it suitable for production environments.

- Operating speed: up to 5,500 RPM

- Stitch width (edge): 1/16″ to 3/16″

- Stitch density (SPI): 14 to 40 stitches per inch (22 SPI typical)

- Standard needle: Merrow 2SDT

- Needle compatibility: 0SDT to 4SDT

- Number of threads: 2 or 3 thread setup

- Cam-drive mechanism for high precision, reduced vibration, and durability

- Suitable for lightweight to medium fabrics, delicate garments, trims, lingerie, linens

- Fine-toothed feed dogs advance materials slippage

- Automatic lubrication / oiling system
