The Kansai Special FX4412P-UTC is a high-production, 12-needle, 24-thread cylinder-bed double-chainstitch industrial sewing machine engineered for demanding apparel manufacturing. It is particularly well suited for attaching pre-closed elastic waistbands on underwear, boxer shorts, athletic wear, sweatpants, pajamas, and other stretch garments. Its cylinder-bed design makes circular and tubular operations easier to handle, while Kansai’s rear gear puller helps maintain smooth, consistent feeding through the sewing area. The UTC automatic thread-cutting system trims the threads at the completion of the sewing operation, reducing operator handling, thread waste, and overall production time. Automatic needle positioning further improves efficiency in repetitive production environments.

The FX4412P-UTC produces 12 parallel rows of double-chainstitch using 24 threads, providing the strength, flexibility, and professional appearance required for elastic and stretch-garment applications. With sewing speeds up to 4,000 RPM, it combines high output with Kansai Special's reputation for precision multi-needle sewing.
